On 24 April, 2014, the Swedish organist/musicologist and chairman of the Arp Schnitger Society, Prof. Dr. Hans Davidsson, held an extended interview with Dr. Cor Edskes. A large part concerned the life and work of Edskes, who was then 88 years old. The second half of the interview covered Edskes’s view of Schnitger, organ restorations, and future research on Schnitger organs. That part is published here.
