The organ in Kasteel Amerongen was restored in 2015 by Elbertse Orgelmakers of Soest. Sietze de Vries visited the instrument, and also the organ by Johannes Stephanus Strümphler in the Grote Kerk in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, which Van Rossum Orgelbouw of Wijk en Aalburg restored in 2014. De Vries considers historical aspects and describes the sound.
